CRM Software Functions-1

CRM can provide companies of all types and sizes with significant benefits, but only if sales team adopt it. We are talking about 3 modules. Marketing, Sales and Service. In Marketing, we are talking today Marketing Automation Module features:

Marketing Automation Module including following major features.

• Contact customers with targeted promotions and email communications

• Run sales campaigns

• Run campaigns in conjunction with the sales team

• Send e-mail and track responses

Sales force automation

we talk each of the above one by one.

Hello Friend,

I have been reading your blogs on CRM and Management. I haven't had time to comment on them. Few things I agree with you and few things I do not agree. I also looked at the link www.leadorganizer.net it also has very good information. I am currently doing Business to Consumer relationships. Ever changing technology makes it hard for companies to keep up with technological trends. Now my one question I had is have you had any experience in Web based CRM and Offline CRM? Which one you think is better? Looking forward to your reply. Keep up good work my friend.

Being a CRM consultant, if you provide me the functionalities and CRM strategy you like to have in your CRM; I can run a compression between several available on-site and on-line CRM system.

Hello Friend,

I understand that CRM systems have changed from traditional to hosted. Not just LeadOrganizer but other hosted CRMs are there. The biggest one is salesforce. What makes you big fan of leadorganizer.net? I know you will say that it is more customizable but I am sure you have studied salesforce's customforce. Nowdays customization is not big deal with "Web Services" incorporated within CRM. What my question was that, Have you done research on Online (hosted) CRM Vs. Intranet(Partial Online)? May be http://www.leadorganizer.net have both, it is not clear from their website. I think since you have contact with leadorganizer.net developer, bimsym.com you should ask them the question.
